If you need help in any of the above areas, or other medical issue, we have a full-time phone nurse ready to answer your questions. Contact them by:

The phone nurse is available to take your calls from 8am - 5pm, Monday-Thursday, with the exception of their lunch hour from 11am-12pm. If the phone nurse is assisting another patient when you call, please leave a message and they will promptly return your call. We make every effort to return calls the same day, however, if your message is left late in the day, or after 5pm, it will be returned the following day.
** Prescription refills: If you send a request to our phone nurse via email, please be sure to include the patient's name, medication name, the name of your pharmacy that you would like the medication refilled at, AND a daytime and evening contact number for you in case we have any questions. The phone nurse will consult with a physician, and if approved, your medication will be called into the pharmacy you requested. If there are any further questions, or if the medication is not approved by the provider, you will be notified via email.
